Sean and his team were GREAT!!! Seanâ s communication was outstanding! He always took the time to explain how and why something was being done. We are very pleased with the work that was done.

We have worked with a number of contractors over the years. Sean and his team were outstanding and we would highly recommend them. They were always very professional, communicative, reliable, clear about costs, very patient answering questions and attentive to finding the best solutions.

Sean is an absolute gem in the contractor world honest, responsive, upfront about costs, knowledgeable about the industry and materials, and well-connected to skilled sub-contractors. He came highly recommended and because of his extensive experience we were immediately comfortable with him. We appreciated the information and transparency he provided in the budget and how he walked us through different material types, including pros and cons of various cabinets, flooring, lighting, etc. Sean also brainstormed creative ideas, such as helping us change a space of kitchen that was not utilized into a workspace with glass cabinets. He took on the challenging task of renovating the kitchen in our intergenerational home. During this renovation process, every step of the way he was incredibly patient in explaining the process and providing updates to all of us; this often meant additional visits or correspondence on his end, which he was happy to do so. Also during the renovation, he kept in touch daily with any changes as well as updates to the scheduling. He was responsive when we asked for modifications to the paint color or wanted an add-on during the process. All of his workers including Ronnie and Larry were not only highly skilled at their craft, but they were also diligent and respectful. We are extremely pleased with selecting Sean and will be using him for other projects ahead as well as recommending him to all of our friends and family!

Great contractor. Sean and his crew were professional, hard working and trustworthy. The work was excellent. Throughout the job any question I had was quickly answered. If I could rate him higher I would.

Sean did not complete the job as contracted then got belligerent when asked about deficiencies Became quite sarcastic in his follow up contacts to the point where I had to block him

Sean and his team were responsive to any issues, communicated well so we always knew what next steps were and they did a very nice job on our kitchen. Sean resolved issues quickly and followed through to correct or fix those little issues that arose. For example, he promptly reordered a couple items that either had a flaw or were damaged in shipping. His team of electricians, tilers, floor refinishers, etc. were great and did a great job. Good communication all along. We are very happy with our new kitchen!

10/8/21 Sean and his Crew were great to work with. Because of the Covid supply problems, we had a long wait to begin. But we all worked together to make my beautiful kitchen area happen. Don’t waste your time on any other Contractor, because Sean can do it all for you. He is professional, reliable, caring, and he is really so proud to complete your project the way that you want it and make you happy. Most importantly, he was always available by text or phone to answer any concerns you have. I also want to thank his Crew who were all great, hard working guys that helped me cope during the entire project. We had a lot of fun too. Thank you Darren, Jason, Kyle, Ronnie, Larry and Zack. This being our first experience with a contractor, we could not have been more happy with our selection. Sean and his team are professional, trustful, fair pricing, identified issues on the walk through, flexible to scheduling, friendly to Veterans and fast at their craft. We did an entire demo and remodeling of the bathroom, kitchen, flooring (bath, kitchen and hallway) as well as 6 foot wall gap and reinforcing support beam. Pricing was within budge and the contract was detail. Payment was made weekly with detail sub-billing, that made it easy to review work and mark progress. Continue communication made it easy to id issues, coordinate purchases of items and keep up with timeline. Sean even went out of his way to assist me when pipes froze during weekend that my husband was away on business which save potential damage to the home. We highly recommend Handy and Some, LLC for any project you have in mind and we will reach out to them on all of our future projects. I am wicked happy with my bathroom and kitchen. Sean and his crew are truly Professionals within this Industry. Courteous, Friendly, Responsive and produce Excellent Quality Workmanship. By far, Sean and his crew are the best I have ever had the opportunity to hire for a major construction project that resulted in a comfort level knowing that everything was being handled properly. Construction is a challenging venture when putting on an Addition to an existing dwelling. There are many obstacles and challenges that can be faced throughout the project and within the home. Sean and his Team went over and above and addressed each challenge professionally and with timely resolution. I couldn't ask for any better service and results! The addition came out beautiful, I have an awesome Garage and my Wife is ecstatic with her new Mud Room and Pantry! I would recommend Hand and Some for any project that you may need.

Fair price Excellent work Good workers 1 year later looks great!

Sean and everyone on his team was very professional, friendly and communicative. We changed scope a couple times and they provided good recommendations and advice. We redid our kitchen, taking down 2 load bearing walls, as well as two bath makeovers, floors and paint. We have had problems dealing with less than professional contractors in the past and this was an excellent experience for us. I would highly recommend Sean to my friends.

Hired Sean for a much needed total bathroom remodel and he and his crew did such a great job I had them do our second full bathroom remodel and now are excited to see what he does on our new finished basement project!
