Description of Work: Professional and on time. Reasonable cost. Carpets were cleaned and significantly improved by the service. I would highly recommend them to any residential or commercial property owner. Non carcinogenic "GREEN" cleaning agents were used which differentiates Country Rose from other companies. I will continue to use this company in the future

Description of Work: The carpets came out nice, but they waited till they were supposed to be here and then called saying they would be late, they said they would be at least 2 hours. Then called again and said they would come by, it was probably 1.5 hours late. They were supposed to do my furniture and when they got here they said they did not have the equipment. Then they could not remember what they quoted and tried to charge me more, luckily I had written it down. They called me two weeks later to do my furniture and quoted me a higher price than they had before, and I declined. I would not use this company again.

Description of Work: This gentleman was presented with an absolutely disgusting carpet. It had been used as a wood stove "wood' dumping ground, all winter. It has small holes, from cinders, burned into it - and we have a Golden Retriever - and she sheds. |We didn't want it "perfect". It was way beyond that. |This part of the house is being remodeled in August and we just wanted it "suitable for human consumption" as we have house guests from Australia for six weeks. |Perfect job! Not sloppy and wet. And this poor, abused carpet came out really "presentable". |Give it a shot. You'll be surprised.

Description of Work: Rick did a good job for the price. I like the dry chemical process and equipment he used. It did make a difference on the carpets. He did forget about my appointment though made good on it and arrived about 90 minutes late.

Had [member name removed] (really nice guy) not called I would have missed appointment altogether (scheduling error) and I did arrive 90 minutes late. I have always taught my children that while people can make mistakes, making excuses is wrong. I was late and have no excuse. I apologize to the [member name removed] for any inconvenience my late arrival may have caused. (did I mention that [member name removed] is a pilot for a major airline?...just saying)

Rick provided exceptional service that eliminated odor and pet hairs from my living room carpets. I was impressed by his equipment that did a deep penetration of the carpet with chemical free applications - far superior to what I have experienced with carpet cleaning in the recent past. All stains were removed and the carpet looks like new! He also removed stains from my staircase carpets. Rick vacuumed all residue pet hair, etc. that resulted from the deep cleaning. I will definitely use Rick's service for carpet cleaning in the future and will recommend his service to others.

We are very happy. The carpet dried after maybe 6-8 hours. Some of the stains they got rid of came back which always seems to happen when I hire carpet cleaners. It did look good for a while which was consistent with our expectations.

It turned out fine. I was happy with it. I didn't have any issues. I believe the dry time was fairly quick, just a few hours. They had a special machine that didn't wet the carpet down completely.
