 + -1 moreAt the time of the cleaning, the unit was unoccupied. Although Craft Cleaning was punctual as to the established schedule, they seemed to work at a very slow pace. I was displeased with the result, and was told they did the best they could. I had to rewash every single window, and scour the bathroom tub/shower unit. I was told that the mineral stains in the tub could not be removed. However, after lots of effort and Comet cleaner, I was able to remove every stain and the tub looked like new. Craft Cleaning charged by the hour and I was shocked at the invoice, which was almost $600 I reluctantly paid it along with a letter expressing my displeasure. I never heard back from Craft Cleaning.
