+ -1 moreWe ordered by phone but never received an email confirmation as we have in the past. The week of the event we started calling Byron's to find out if they were indeed delivering the porta-john as ordered. After several days of ignored phone calls, we finally heard back from the woman in the main office. The porta-john was delivered on time but the woman working in the office became incensed when we complained about the lack of communication and having to chase her to find out if delivery was actually going to happen. She became so emotional and angry that she sent the driver back to pick up the porta-john not an hour after after it had been delivered. She was angry that we had dared expressed concern over the lack of communication. We were left in the lurch, without a porta-john, for our party.
Description of Work: We ordered a porta-john for an outdoor party.
