Mission Statement: To provide personal service and experience that result in a finished product that exceeds the competition in quality while at a lower price, and as a result build lasting friendships between KRD and our customers. These two things combined will create more work for KRD builders, thus creating more opportunities to excel. There are many different types of custom building that we are involved in. Including: high end custom homes, barns, all facets of remodeling and renovations, custom kitchen cabinets, decks, porches, finished basements, in-law apartments, garages and fire and historic property restoration. We also specialize in Geothermal heat pump installation. Our area of construction ranges from Southern NH to the Lakes region. Most of our work is in the Bedford, NH area.

We could not be happier with the workmanship of our new home. KRD stands by their work-always fixes any issues as soon as they arise-even 6 months after the sale and beyond. Their subcontractors were of the highest quality, and KRD always took responsibility. Issues always seem to crop up when building such a big project-what makes KRD stand out is their ‘’make it right’’ way of business. They are extremely fair, and no non-sense. We always knew exactly how much everything would cost. It costs a lot of money to build a house the right way with no shortcuts. KRD has the experience and integrity to make your project a success. There are lots of sketchy home builders around, KRD rises above them all.
Description of Work: KRD built my lake house in southern NH from custom drawings my architect provided. KRD did all the permitting, with exception of shoreland protection permit. KRD was the prime contractor for the project. From site work to finish work.

Description of Work: I had Ken Dionne build a home on lake winnisquam and had the best experience. He is amazing and his work is incredible I have to give this shout out for him. Do not hesitate to call on him!!!
