+ -1 moreI discovered that they were using indoor hardware screws for outdoor usage, and after 2 weeks, they started bleeding and rusting. I called the customer service and tech support people and they started leading me on that they were going to fix the problem. There is nothing wrong with the panels themselves but it cost me extra to get the stainless steel mounting screws. The guys name who I dealt with is M. Roberts.
Description of Work: I bought 9 solar panels, batteries, and screws.
