+ -1 morenot good. I will never have anything to do with the Bean Group of Amherst again.
Description of Work: the Bean Group represented the seller. Gina Aselin the agent for the Bean Group took my purchase and sale agreement and gave a verbal and email go ahead that the sellers were selling me the house. I sent my security deposit and 12 hours later she told us she had a better offer and we were no longer getting the house. She had given us her word and an email stating the sellers agreed to our offer then took it back.
