+ -1 moreShe arrived on time, spend less than 40 minutes looking at the property. She reported to the Bank that there was mold in the basement. I was with her during the home appraisal and she never got down close to anything. There is an old water stain in the basement that she assumed was mold. Thereafter she refused to discuss the issue with me or come back to reassess her work so that she could see that there was no such issues as she wrote.
