Would not recommend. We had a terrible experience in the constructing of our new home with Paige Builders as the General Contractor- from not following site plans, lack of supervision of subs, and poor billing practices.

They were able to effectively and efficiently deal with additional items that became apparent only after pulling back existing deck.

Joel was great to work with and really helped me out when another contractor was unable to finish the job correctly and winter was coming on.

From start to finish everyone involved were informative, made sure we had everything we wanted. They were all professional and kind. They cleaned up daily and worked non stop. They were punctual and great craftsmen. They worked at frigid temps, but kept smiles on their faces and never complained. I would recommend this business to everyone.

Joel and Barry took the time to ensure every detail of the installation of new vinyl siding, windows and replacement of my deck were done to the highest standards and my complete satisfaction. All the windows in my my house were different and they built them out and clad them with aluminum, now they all match perfectly. The new siding and shutters make it look like a brand new house. I have had lots of compliments from my neighbors. The deck was built to a standard that exceeds the building code. The attention to detail is again above my expectations and looks great. Each night before they left Joel and Barry would make sure that the work site was tidy and clean and safe. These guys have very high standards of craftsmanship and have been in the construction business for long time. They undertook a large project for me and I could not be happier with the results. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

These are the nicest people we have ever hired. Joel and his crew showed up on time. They worked very hard to get the job done right and take care of any problems they ran into during the deck replacement. I will use them again next year to do more work for us. They kept the work area very clean and left the deck looking better than we expected. Thank you Joel and crew. Their cost for the job was extremely reasonable. I would have no hesitation recommending Joel Paige to others looking for a hard working, extremely dependable, honest, and reasonably priced contractor.
