Description of Work: KM designed and completed my backyard paver patio, outdoor kitchen, lighting, and landscaping.

Description of Work: They provided no services. They came to my house and didn't listen to what I had to say, tried to up-sell me, and then never called back.

Description of Work: I used K. M. Landscaping last fall. They resurfaced some berms, did some clean up work, and some tree trimming.

Description of Work: Matt and his crew have done an excellent job designing both the front and back landscaping. His crews are hard working, do what they say they will do and complete on time. Matt makes things right and oversees the work. I received daily updates on progress. We had our wood deck removed and a stone patio and fire pit installed. KML contracts out the electrical and gas line work. I have continued to use the plumber for other projects as he did such a good job. KM and the group of contractors are all small business owners who take pride in their work. They don't tack on additional charges and typically do things at their expense just to build relationships and get the job done right. A positive sign of pride in workmenship came when the guy who did all the stone work asked to bring over his girlfriend after the job so he could show her his great work. KM provides drawings and ideas ahead of the job in color with all planets, bushes and trees clearly marked. Matt brings catalogs in color to show what the full grown shrubs will look like from the drawing. You should know what things will look like before they start. We had a new design for the front yard using rose bushes, bark and lighting. Lots of existing bushes removed to open the area. In the back yard we had drainage pipe installed flowing from a rock river bed crossing the yard. Many bushes and shrubs were installed and the stone patio replaced the wood desk off the house. A paved stone walk way was also installed from the patio to the garage.

Description of Work: Install landscaping and pavers around a deck.When we hired an K&M we expected a top quality job. The pavers were not completely level and some of the edging were cut very thin. The plants were very stressed when they were installed. We could have got nicer plants at Walmart for 1/3 the price. I think Matt was not the best designer for us. What we received was a fair quality job for top dollar. Matt and his staff were nice, polite, and friendly. It does look decent but not the best value for our money!

Description of Work: Had them do some yard clean up initially. Matt then proposed some new landscaping and we loved his design ideas. He listened to our desires and came up with a design that exceeded our expectations. The work was done in the fall and we can't wait to see how things "pop" in the spring and summer. Cost was expensive but we did re-do a retaining wall. We actually came in under his estimate. Work was done in our front yard, but we plan to use him again when we do our backyard. We planted over 7 trees and 40+ plants in the front yard..
