GILL LAWN SERVICE

I'm highly disappointed and disgusted with the service. Bad customer service, and a rushed job with teenagers goofing around. They dumped the rocks down and they are not leveled, then threw the existing flagstones on top of it. The rocks are way too big, he never showed us the size of the rocks. He way overestimated the amount of rocks needed. We have way too many rocks. High and low in some places. The grass was damaged and he claims he'll reseed them, but demanded we pay right away. A boulder was moved without consulting the positioning of the boulder, and then told us it would be extra to move it since the rented machine was gone. Materials were overcharged on the edging and landscaping fabric. Rushed us to make payment when the job was incomplete and we were unsatisfied. I had to stop payment on the check, so I can get my refund back for the mowing/fertilization pre-pay. Never again, will I deal with this person. I suggest that you look elsewhere like CM's Custom Lawn, Landscaping.
