I went back out to the house on Oct. 30 and noticed that the home had not been winterized. The temps. out side had fallen below freezing several times at night in those 10 days. On Oct. 31 I called Piepers Plumbing and Well drilling and talked to the receptionist. She again transferred me to the plumber. I asked if the home had been Winterized he said it had not. I asked why he was very rude and told me he hadn't had time. I said I was told it would be done either the 20 or 21. He replied nobody would have told you that I have more important things to worry about.
Description of Work: I contacted Piepers Plumbing and well drilling to do a Winterization on a vacant property. I asked for an estimate and the receptionist transferred me to the Plumber. I set up a time and date for him to go out to the house and Winterize it. I spoke to him on Oct. 16. I was told he would be out on Oct. 20 or 21.

It took Mr. Pieper 4 months to start the job. He had numerous excuses throughout the 4 months including broken bones, smashed water heater and others. I called his office and told them we were visiting the house for Memorial weekend and would like to have hot water to clean etc. When we arrived, not only did we not have hot water but we could not use any water at all as the water pipes were cut open above the hot water heater that was partically installed. When he finally did finish the work the drain system for the water heater system resulted in water flooding my basement and causing water damage to structural members. When the water was discovered, I called his office and told them of the problem and never heard anything back.
Description of Work: Installation of tankless hot water heater in basement.
