+ -1 moreWe paid for the 2x yearly (spring/fall) inspection of our home unit ac and heat pump. Roy came out himself, both times, this year and last year, to inspect our system and let us know how it was running and whether or not it needed any parts or service. With this program they also offer the customer a 10% discount on any parts you would need. The service was included with the inspection. Ours was good to go for another season.

They come quickly, get the job done and clean up after themselves, all at competitive rates. This last call brought them out on a very hot Sunday. They had our problem diagnosed and fixed in no time at all. As usual they had the parts they needed with them. We are VERY pleased with their service.
