Description of Work: Said they would send someone to get an estimate than blocked my number so I would go to voice mail. I left several messages and no return calls not even a sorry we can't do it.

+ -1 moreDenise came right out and looked at the problem and said she would give me an estimate as soon as she could. 1 hour later she called me with the estimate and I accepted her bid and work was done that day, Her co-worker Doug showed up and together they had the job done in about 1-1/2 hours. We waited longer for the power company to show up. Everything was done with quality materials and their workmanship was extraordinary. Will gladly refer anyone to them and will use them again if another problem arises.
Description of Work: Lost one leg of my electrical service and was advised by the power company that I was liable for repairs. I called Denise at Tri City and asked her for an estimate on the repair. I needed to replace the meter box and wire which was burned. I had an old box and they replaced the box, wire staff and weather head.
