Excellent experience. They came out quickly, stacked the wood in my shed and mailed me an invoice. They even moved stuff around in my shed to make room.

They were willing to work with me on scheduling an appointment that would work for me. Their pricing was reasonable and in line with the other estimates I got. They did a good job, showed up on time and I was real happy with them.

Sam, arborist & owner, takes his own calls, gives his own estimates, and completes the work himself with his partner. I had four trees trimmed and shaped up, as well as two stumps bored out. My trees look fantastic! They take time to make sure that the branches they take are for the health of the tree, and will help it grow in a healthy, balanced way/shape. They haul away all branches and debris - with the exception of their great work - you would never know they were there! Very professional; Sam returned phone calls promptly and answered all my questions. When they were delayed because of an overly busy schedule, they called to tell me so and rescheduled at a time convenient to me. High quality work - I will hire them again & recommend them to my friends!

They provided an estimate promptly and, two days later, removed the entire 50-foot limb and all the debris, safely. They appropriately strung the limb as they worked, so that nothing on my patio was broken. They were most responsive and courteous and professional They did a great job.

We needed a tree serviced to remove two dead branches on our huge Maple tree in the front yard. I joined Angie's list and than contacted several different tree service companies for estimates. Out on a limb was the company that we chose to go with. Their estimate was fair and they came out 2 days after the initial call and removed the branches than and there. That was in late June. We asked them to come back and remove the whole Maple tree which was very big and old. They had a waiting list of around a month, just like they said they would do; they called and came out in late July to remove the whole tree and the stump. We were very pleased with their prices, knowledge and honesty. They did exactly what we needed to get done in a reasonable time frame and were prompt and efficient, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good experience when it comes to tree services. They showed up as stated. Performed all services as requested. Cleaned up entire work area. Very easy to deal with.

They were quick at getting out to look at the tree that needed to be removed. They told me that they had a 3 week wait, exactly 3 weeks later they were out to do the job. They were very plesant and professional. They did a great clean up job as well. I will definitely be using them for all of my tree needs.

This team has really got it all together! They were very prompt with their work as well as their bid. They showed up on time ( when promised) and even called to tell me they would be late when the alternator went out on their truck! They are VERY knowledgable, being certified arborists, very pleasant to work with, and do a GREAT job especially cleaning up afterward. They stayed to their bid, right to the penny, and even offered to plant trees for me in the fall for just the price of the tree. Hire these guys if you want things done right, you won't be sorry!

The crew of two showed up at the scheduled time, briefed me on their plan, answered a few questions and began work immediately. They worked very efficiently and maintained a very clean work area during the process. At the end of the day they explained the procedures for the next day and ensured the area was cleaned very well. After the stumps were ground the following day, they once again raked the entire area and left no clues of previous trees. I have utilized two other reputable tree services in the past 4 years, but these two guys certainly set the standard for customer service/satisfaction.

Sam makes the whole process easy. They were quick to come out and review the job and provided an immediate quote. The price was very reasonable for what needed to be done. They came out removed the trees, cleaned up all debris and the area looks great. They are flexible to work with and answer any questions I had. In the future I will only use Out on a Limb. I have used other companies in the past but this has been my best experience.

It was good and I would recommend them highly. I don't remember what the price was but I didn't have any complaints. They were friendly and they did a good job.

They were excellent and were less expensive than others who quoted the job. They left a very clean work site and they are a nice company to work with. I will use them again in the future.
