They did a good job. I watched them install it and I was pleased with their work. I haven’t had any trouble with it since the installation. It has a 10 year warranty. The installers were professional and cleaned up well. I would use this company again.

They seemed professional. They were able to give me fair advice. I was happy with the overall performance of the system. The AC unit that I had previously was standard, where I could hose it down and clean the radiator coil. Flynn put a cover on my new air conditioner that does not remove, therefore I cannot rinse off that radiator coil. I am losing some of the efficiency and the value that I spent on the new AC unit. Nobody told me that nor explained that to me either. I cannot remove it and I was very dismayed by that. To this day I still cannot remove it and I am going to have to pay my contractor to cut it off to put some hinges on it, so that I can remove it in the future and properly use it.

I love them and still use them. I have a service plan with them so basic maintenance calls are free. I always deal with the same person, Phil. He comes weekends and holidays and always makes sure it gets fixed. I have been working with them for approximately 8 years and have no complaints.

It gave us piece of mind to get it checked. They were prompt in coming out and making the appointment. It was a great offer and we were pleased with their overall work. They had nice follow up as well.

Their service was very good. They were very upfront about the service. The owner is a great guy and I like working with him. He is very honest and I trust what he says. He explained everything to me well and I was able to make an educated decision.

These guys were great! I purchased a coupon for inspection, and needed the work done on a specific day. They accommodated my schedule, showed up on time, explained everything they were checking, and even helped me try to track down the source of a mysterious leak we found in the basement that had absolutely nothing to do with the furnace. I would definitely recommend this service provider!

Out of the estimates we did receive, Flynn's gave us the best price for a quality product (Rheem). Phil was the person we worked with, and he showed up on time for the initial estimate. He was friendly and professional. He said he would contact me with the estimate in a couple days. I never heard back, so I called him. Of course, he said he was just about to call me back. So we set up a time when he could come over and talk through the estimate. He showed up on time, and again was friendly and professional. I really liked him. After some discussion with my wife, we decided to go with Flynn's so I called Phil and said we would like to go with them, but we wanted to wait until our roof was replaced so there weren't people running into each other. Once roof was finished, I called Phil and said we were ready to go the following week. He said he had 3 jobs to do before he could get to us, but they shouldn't take long. He also said he would call to give us 3 days notice so we could be ready. After 3 weeks, I still had not heard from him. I sent an email stating how disappointed I was with the lack of response. I felt they really did not want my business even though we had picked out the system and had the cash in the bank. Phil left me a voice message after reading my email, and apparently he did not recall the conversation where he told me he had 3 jobs to do and then he would be able to do our install. Honestly, I'm terribly disappointed. I did a lot of research and it seemed this was the company and system that would be right for us. Our current system is still working, so we'll probably wait until next spring as long as our furnace/ac keep working. Then we'll probably go through the whole process again of getting estimates and reviewing companies. Not looking forward to that. Perhaps when I do get some work done, I will be able to write a review on the actual service. :)

I called the recommended company. They were also very helpful and concerned about fixing the problem as soon as they could, and I made an appoint with them for Monday afternoon.

When I woke up, House was cold.Called Flynn Heating & Air Conditioning and serviceman arrived with the hour took about 15 minutes to find problem and repair.

He originally installed my furnace and I have dealt with him since 1993. I honestly cannot say anything but good things about him. The furnace is doing great and I have no intention to change companies.

First cold day of the year, tried to turn on the furnace and no heat. Called Flynn at 7:30 Saturday morning, they called back in 10 minutes and had a service tech at my house by 8:30 that morning. Had furnace issue fixed by 10:00 and have not had a problem since I would never call anyone else, they earned my loyalty.

They thought there may be a bit of a leak so came back later on their own and spent about an hour making sure that everything was in working order while looking for the leak. We have used them for years and they have always been very punctual, friendly and professional. I will use them again in the future.
