This company is awesome! They are very honest, reasonable and great work. Came exactly when they said they would. Responded to text on a Saturday night after 9:30pm, even gave quote. Great, great service. Recommending them to all my family and friends !

This company is very honest and do excellent work. The specialist Shawn is very knowledgeable, friendly and conscientious. Second time we have used them and would highly recommend.

It was after hours, early evening, and I did NOT request an estimate. My fault. The service performed was fine. He opened a drain. It was the COST! Early evening. $170 per hour to run a camera and a snake seems very expensive. He was in my basement less than 3 hours and the bill came to $451! I understand that after hours a person should make more money than between 9 to 5. I just wasn't prepared for that cost. My own fault for not asking, but I can't recommend Plumbing Specialties. Their workmanship is ok. He opened a drain. The price, in my estimation, was ridiculous. I gotta get a plumbing license, and work after hours.

Initial quote was specific, accurate, and was competitive. Work started on time, good planning and was responsive to changes. Jake Sargent provided timely response and was generally on time for appointments. All issues were resolved to our satisfaction with no quibble on cost. Jake was the first contractor to finish the final list of open items after closing.
