We contacted Bryan because water was coming in the chimney when it rained. He made an appointment for a Sunday morning and arrived on time. He took a lot of time to look over the chimney and inside the fire box and explained to us what he thought the problem was. Bryan was nice enough to go to the hardware store, get the items needed and returned quickly to complete the project. Bryan was very professional. He was kind to take time on a Sunday to help us.

It went very well. Bid was very clear. Communicated very well. Kept to schedule. Cleaned up worksite very well. Bryan and crew were very courteous. Bryan offered recommendations on style, etc.
