AC was having major issues on a Friday evening on one of the hottest day of the year. Called Doug he had the issue diagnosed over the phone and was at our house within 10 minutes. Took one look at the unit ran back to his van and had the part stocked. AC was back up and running in minutes. We had asked for quotes from several other companies and they either didn't respond or wouldn't do the work because we had purchased our Mini Split Heat Pump System ourselves. So we decided to check out Home Advisor, Doug called me less than 10 minutes after we had logged out of Home Advisor. We talked about our project over the phone and he made an appointment to come out to our home to see what needed to be done. He gave us an estimate and a date that he could do the work, which we accepted. The guys showed up on time, installed everything in less than 3 hours, explained everything that they did, and most of all they cleaned up everything before they left. Very professional. Made quick work of the job. Good communication and planning. Competitive prices. I was also very pleased with the electrician they recommended to partner on the installation.

They were very responsive to my request for an estimate, and scheduled and completed the work very soon after I accepted it. The "smart" thermostat developed a sensor issue (no fault of the installer as far as I can tell) after a week or so, but they were out the next day with a replacement. I'd definitely hire them again.

He does really good work, quality person and professional. I would recommend him.
