+ -1 moreIt's a family business. I called them to come and fix it, and he said that we won't stand behind it. They will give you your money back, but we will not fix it for you. I bought a used washing machine from them about 11 years ago. This was when the father owned the company. It didn't work either. He said he was going to try to fix it and it took him three weeks to fix it, and it didn't work for more than a month. They are the worst I have ever seen. I told them I will tell everyone in town about them, and I will.
Description of Work: Thompson Appliance Repair sold me a used dishwasher for $80.00. It did not work when I got it home.

+ -1 moreByron works with his parents. They were celebrating their 50th anniversary in this business the day he came. His knowledge and expertise reflects the wisdom of his parents. Significant is that they have been around for one half a century in the same community.
Description of Work: Refrigerator/freezer stopped operating. Byron came out to our place 15 miles from town as promised on the phone. He quickly found the problem, defective defrost thermostat. Obtained repair part and had us up and running the same day.
