Description of Work: Inspected electrical wiring in attic, roof, circuit breaker box, due to concern of electrical arcing. Electricians found extra wiring and removed. No noted problems since their service.

Description of Work: I called to set up an appointment for them to come out and check a short in our house because we didn't have electricity on the east side. She said no one was there to talk to at the moment but they would call the next day and set up a time. No one called the next day or ever.
