White Castle Roofing - Lincoln

White Castle employees were on the roof and working at 8am. The tear off of the existing shake shingles was methodically done. I think they went through 3 large dumpsters which also showed up in timely fashion. The new roof on my house was completed by 8 pm the same day. The detached garage roof was completed by noon the following day. I was and still am happy how quickly and professionally the new roof was installed.

The job went very well. The crew were efficent, and cleaned up after they were done.

Very well. It was done in one day, but there hasn't been a storm since to test the quality.

The initial estimate was given in September, roughly scheduled for the end of October, the person that gave me the estimate was no longer with the company when I called again in October, the first part of the work was actually done in November and then the gutters were replaced in December. Overall, the work was done very well and I'm happy with the price. They are very busy and won't be able to do things on short notice, if you take that into account, you'll do fine.

Overall I would choose WHITE CASTLE ROOFING again for all my roofing needs.. Not just because of quality of product but also because of the integrity of the company. They will listen to what you need then do their best to meet your needs. They are family owned and will give give you a honest bid. I compared 4 companies and ended up with the best quality for the best price for me.. The roof looks like it was done with pride. One year later I still tell WHITE CASTLE ROOFING thank you for the best looking house on the block. I'd put their sign in my yard anytime.

I was in the process of buying a house. Inspection revealed that the roof needed work. I called White Castle to get an estimate. They promised to get right out there and do it and send me the estimate. They didn't do it and kept promising but putting it off for almost a week. I called other roofers for estimates, and they got right out there and provided great information - including that the whole roof needed to be replaced, not repaired. Even when I called White Castle to try to get them to follow up on their promise, their attitude on the phone was "We'll get to it when we get to it." I don't want to do business with a company like that.

The shingles on the roof had curled and I requested someone to come and evaluate the roof and give me an estimate. I had an immediate response. Their representative was very courteous and knowledgeable. He checked the old roof and gave me his opinion.There was no attempt to influence me in a decision. He than showed me all the choices of roofing available , along with a price list. He left the material with me. I later decided to replace the roof and called them to set up an appointment. Their representative came back and wrote up a contract, again giving me time to make a decision with no pressure. I called and told them that I accepted their offer. They immediately contacted me and told me that they would be able to come and replace the roof within a short time span. Within a week they came and removed the old roof and put on a new one. This was all done in one day. The crew was very efficient and did a great job of cleaning up afterward.Later a representative was sent out to check on the job.I had not planned to replace the roof, but since it had to be done I feel very fortunate that I found a company that was so easy to work with.

It was pretty great. They came to our house promptly after calling, and within a week we had a new roof. Everything went as well as it could have, but they only reason I gave them a B on price was because they didn't originally quote the lowest price but they were willing to match it after we asked them if they would.

Anyone reading this review and looking for a roofer, STOP NOW AND CALL WHITE CASTLE. If anything could be called perfect, our experience with White Castle has to be as close as one could get. Their customer service and the quality/craftsmanship of the job done by their crew was first class. Based only on the reviews on this list I called White Castle on a Tuesday morning and was told a sales representative would call within a day or two. Dustin called that afternoon and stopped by shortly after to discuss what I wanted and an estimate which was right in line with my wild guess of what I thought it might be. The next afternoon he came by with four bids with price differences based on the quality/type of shingles along with costs for ridge vent, and extended warranty. Dustin also explained the work to be done which included new boots for vent pipes,removal of old vents and replacement of roof decking where the old vents were as well as what would be done if additional wood needed to be replaced, other problems encountered, etc. He then said they could do the work later that same week or early the next week and indicated it should only take one day (which really really pleased us). I was impressed enough that I did not bother to call anyone else for bids. I was called Thursday and was told they could do the job Friday: How's that for service?, call on Tuesday,new roof on Friday. The roll-off container was being delivered as we left for work and when we came home mid-afternoon they were done and gone. The yard was spotless. Except for a new roof, roll-off (removed the next morning) and sign in the yard you really could'nt tell anyone had been there. We were absolutely impressed at how great the roof looked, it was perfect. All the shingles, roof edges , and edges along the valleys were perfectly cut, and straight. The ridge vent looked great and blended right in and will give much better ventilation than the three box vents we had ,and also makes the roof look much cleaner. Jake, an owner family member came by Monday to do the final quality check and to answer a couple questions I had called about that morning. Really great guy who made sure the work was done correctly and that we were happy with the roof and also to answer any other questions we might have. Also assured us that if we found anything we thought wasn't right or had any other questions he would be happy to make sure everything met our expectations. We are extremely glad to have called White Castle and just can't say enough good things about our experience with them and will absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roof work. We truly feel you could not find a better company to dael with.

Receiving the estimate was a day or so after the inspection. We were quoted prices for a variety of choices. White Castle took the time to explain each and every option to me. There was no pressure and every question was answered thoroughly. They even gave us addresses of homes and business in our neighborhood that had the styles we were considering, so we could see them in real life. They were ready to start as soon as I gave them permission. They began at 7am with a crew of at least ten and were finished by the afternoon. The quality of their work was top notch and it looks beautiful. They were meticulous in cleaning up after they were finished. I can't recommend this company enough. They even repaired a siding problem that I was having at no extra charge. I will always recommend them to anyone I can.

They were great! They were the only roofers who responded to my request. They did it in one day and did a great job cleaning up afterwards, etc...

I highly recommend them; they are highly professional and work in a timely way. I could not have been happier; they were extraordinary.

They were incredibly outstanding, they did an immaculate job and there was nothing laying around after they were done. They came in to make on offer and estimate. After that it was quite a length of time before they were able to come. That was ok and we understood because apparently they are used a lot. They gave us a very precise estimate and they stuck to the penny. We just could not be more satisfied with the work they did. They are very reliable. We live in a old neighborhood and the homes are older but we couldn't even find a nail left over. They owner came back at the end of the project and went top to bottom through the work. He gave us the final bill and it was exactly to the penny of what the had estimated. He also made sure they had cleaned up very well and they did. Me and my husband were dumbfounded because we had never worked with anyone as excellent as they were. The price was very competitive and pretty much the same as you would find anywhere.

Our roof is only 12 years old. The south side had pretty bad damage from drainage and sun damage. We couldn't afford to replace the entire roof, so Adam worked to find a solution to the problem and our budget. We also learned that our shingles were faulty. They helped us file a claim to get some relief. Matt followed up to see how the claim was going and when it came in, promptly got to work. We learned we had some damage under the shingles too. They repair all and at no extra charge. Our final bill was exactly what he estimated it to be!We are very pleased with the service provided my White Castle Roofing.

Received three recommendations from my Farm Bureau agent on quality roofers. All three came to the house and provided estimates. The bids were received in late December 2011, with an anticipated job date in early April. White Castle was the best bid. They came on April 3. The roof was 20 years old, and they found a couple of bad spots which they repaired. Upgraded the roof with ice and weather shield (remember the horrible ice from a few years ago). Job was easily done in one day, and the clean-up was excellent. A couple of days later the gutter guys came and installed new gutters. Would highly recommend White Castle to anyone.

Quote process was very smooth, and price came in below all other quotes obtained. We did mention during quote process that we were unsure of the condition of the roof decking - however our quote did not include laying new plywood sheathing. After accepting quote for work to be performed, scheduling was somewhat slow/delayed, partially due to existing jobs and partially due to Mother Nature. Approximately 45 days between acceptance of quote & beginning of work performed. (Acceptable, in my book, as this was not an emergency repair.) Old roof removal went well, all debris was cleaned immediately, and the roll-off was placed in a spot determined by me, to prevent landscape damage. Upon removal, they indicated that we needed the additional plywood sheathing for a quality replacement, but did give us the option to skip the sheathing and install the new roof as-is. The addition in price seemed well worth it, so we authorized the extra repairs, bringing our total cost (including both roofing and gutters) from $8500 to $11000. The increase in cost also included permits as well as the custom-cut roof braces for one side of the roof overhang which had been sagging, and needed to be jacked up. The unforeseen building permits were obtained in timely fashion and displayed prominently, at no point did I worry that I was being deceived or that work was being performed in an unsavory manner - White Castle (and Jason) kept us fully up to date and explained any processes that we were unsure of. Installation went fairly well, all of the crew were very professional and clean, and showed up promptly each day/left at a reasonable hour each day. Including the unexpected sheathing & roof leveling, the installation was 3 full days - right about what we had expected. New gutters were installed approx. 8-10 days after roofing replacement was completed (separate crew handles this), the new gutters & downspouts look *great* and are properly sized for our roof & slope. Extra Manufacturer Warranty information from GAF (shingle manufacturer) was received within 90 days of installation. Overall, very pleased. Will continue to use White Castle's services in the future.

Our roof had some patches and we wanted a second opinion on how bad it was and what needed to be fixed. The roofers from White Castle Roofing Company came out and did that. We liked them a lot. They were honest and gave us the knowledge that we were looking for. They let us know that the holes weren’t that bad. They told us not to worry about it because of which we didn’t have to jump to gun. They weren’t trying to rob our money or anything. They gave us a quote and told us that we have time to get it done. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Our roof is almost twenty years old and although we are not currently experiencing problems, I decided to start preparing for the inevitable and get estimates. Their representative showed up in a timely manner, took detailed measurements, and took the time to explain all aspects of the work, including definition of terms I'm not familiar with. His patience with me was very much appreciated. Another piece of the house fell apart and requires our financial attention, so we will have to delay getting the roof replaced. But i will DEFINITELY call White Castle Roofing again in the future.

They came on time. Very pleasant work crew. Company owner checked the finished product. Supervisor on site every day. They cleaned after the job was finished. Very quick to respond to phone calls. Overall very positive experience. Highly recommend without hesitation.

I got several estimates. When I called back to ask about some things they hadn't included about half of what I wanted done in the estimate. There were several things like the roof on the deck that is attached to the back of the house. They were responsive. Their attitude and their estimate were very professional but they left out things and after they added everything it was $10,000. I had gone through everything with them so I don't know if there was a miscommunication or what. I?m not going with them.

Overall, they did a great job. After the hail storm that hit the Belmont neighborhood this summer, I called White Castle when referred by a neighbor. The estimator was prompt and professional and clearly explained costs. The roof was replaced in one day while I was at work. The workmanship seems excellent (e.g. shingles are straight, no leaks in attic, all attic vents remounted properly, etc.). The roofing crew even cleared the stack of branches that I had piled by the side of the house as a courtesy! I did find about 20 roofing nails around the house and garage after they left, which may be typical (this is the first time I have ever had a roof replaced). So I would recommend searching around the house after you get this done. If I had to do this again, I would definitely use White Castle.

I had a very nice visit with the man doing the estimator. He asked a lot of questions to make sure that they were getting the right specs and elements of the job. I was pleased with the quote process.

The job went very well. They worked hard and they got the job done. They did well. They did a good job. I would recommend them to a family member or friend.

Since I dealt with a bunch of roofers at the time, I appreciated that they were here on time. They did give me a bid, which wasn't my experience with some of the other roofers, so that was positive.
