Provided a very detailed quote. Happily researched the changed requested. Answered all of my questions. The roofing team was professional, the work process was well organized. The cleanup from the work was spotless, and the roof looks great!

We are very pleased w/ our new roof and our experience w/ White Castle Roofing. They showed up when they said they would and promptly completed the job. We feel they did a good quality job. The crew was tidy, prompt and very respectful of our property.

They came out to check next day after called. It was not our roof and told us we had nothing to worry about. Our shingles could withstand 100 mph winds! We did lose a decorative item on the roof that we wanted removed and they said they could take care of that for us and came out the day after next and did another great job! We plan on having them replace the roof on a rental of ours soon.

The first day they can out and moved quite fast, had the main house (old existing roofing) off and the roofing pads down. Second day cut the rolled roofing in one big piece, glued rolled roofing material down and had the main house done by the end of the day. Third day removed old roofing from attached garage, put down pad and rolled roofing, finished up everything that need to be done, roofing part was completely finished. Someone came out a week later and checked that the work was done properly, took pictures of the roof for us. After gutters and drains were ordered, they came out over a month later, spent the whole day taking down and replacing all gutters and drains. Roof and gutters never looked better.

The team arrived at 8:30 am on Friday and got to work immediately. They were were done removing the old wood shake shingles and bad decking around noon. They then got to work replacing the decking and started to install the new Laminate shingles, getting done with the main house around 4:30 pm. They then got to work on our patio, which was in dire need of repair as the skylights had been leaking for a very long time. After removing the skylights, the foreman came to the door informing us that the damage was far greater then he was expecting but it was not a problem, but it was going to take longer then expected. They worked until dark (about 7:30 pm) to finish it up. They cleaned up and were all done by about 8:30 pm. The gutter team showed up a few weeks later to put up all new ones. Seamlees and made on site, they only took about 4 hours. All in all White Castle Roofing is A+ in all categories.

Our crew with supervisor showed up as scheduled, and finished the job in less than two days, sweeping up and cleaning up all the shingle scraps, and nails, and leaving us with a well-done new roof! Thanks to you! The crew worked hard, and in some heat, to get our roof on before any rains came.

Our experience with White Castle was excellent overall. The project started out a bit rocky, because when we came home on the day the new roof went on, the shingles were puckered and lifted on all sides of the house. Frankly, the house looked terrible at first sight. We called Dane Hansen, with whom we had signed the original contract, and he assured us that they would work to make it right, even if that meant replacing several large areas of shingles. The owner, Mike Hansen, came to our home the next evening to take a look, and brought his shingle supplier along to inspect the finished product and decide what needed to be done. The verdict was that some of the shingles were not completely flat coming off of the palette, and the day that they had laid the shingles was only a high of 50 degrees. They let us know that the warmer weather forecast for the next several weeks would help the shingles adhere to the underlayment and to each other, and that the roof would lay flat. They asked that we give it 2 weeks of hot weather, and if we weren't completely satisfied, they would replace any areas that we were worried about. Over the next several weeks, either Jake Hansen or someone else from White Castle stopped by every other day to get up on the roof to test seams, and flatten out wavy shingles. We're happy to say they were right!! After a week of hot weather, the shingles were all flattened out as they should be, And, more importantly, we have not had one drop of water leaking into our attic space since the new roof went on, even after all of the heavy rains we have had this spring!! Believe me, my husband was up there during several of the downpours. The gutter installers that worked on our house did an excellent job as well. They took the time to make sure that the center of each long run of gutter is slightly higher than the corners, so that we no longer have any standing water in our gutters. They also added a hinged downspout to one corner so that we can easily manuver the trash and yard waste around the corner of the garage. White Castle Roofing was a pleasure from start to finish!! We would highly recommend them to everyone in Lincoln and the surrounding area

White Castle was very patient and helpful as the process of deciding which color and style of roofing we were going to choose took awhile. They always got back to us right away and provided numerous examples of homes they had done so we could see for ourselves what different shingles looked like. Now finished, the roof matches our home beautifully and my wife and I are very satisfied. Once we had decided on a shingle, White Castle took less than a week to come out and re-roof our house. The work was completed in a day, as they said it would be. The crew arrived on schedule and were polite and conscientious. There was far less mess than I figured there would be in re-roofing an entire house and what little there was they cleaned up entirely. We are glad we choose White Castle as our experience was very positive.

White Castle was awesome from beginning to end! Jason did our estimate and contract, and was our contact person throughout. He was very responsive, answered or returned all of our calls promptly, and followed through to delivering our Paid statement when the job was done. The foremen and crews for the roof and gutters were also excellent. They answered all my questions and did a very professional job. They made sure that the roll-off company protected our new driveway, cleaned up everything very well, and were just great to work with. All in all, the whole experience, from beginning to end, has been a pleasure! My husband and I are extremely pleased and would highly recommend White Castle to anyone needing a new roof or gutters.

We met with other roofers and decided that Jason from White Castle presented the most professional information, and he was very knowledgeable about the whole process. We appreciated his patience as we made this big decision. However I ultimately had to phone the company to schedule the job because we never heard back from them after we signed the contract. The roll-off dumpster was delivered on time, and the crew arrived on time, too. I stopped in twice during the day and it looked like things were going well. They finished around 8 PM after doing a very thorough cleanup, they even swept off my front porch. I have not heard back from them about how the job went, but the roof looks beautiful!

I was experiencing some leakage in a back bedroom. Just bought house and was concerned about the roof since it was covered with snow when I bought the house I didn't know what shape it was in. I was impressed with reviews on Angie's list so I called them. It took a while to actually make the connection between me and the sales rep but once got that worked out he came to house over my lunch hour. He was very professional and informative. Inspected and discussed with me all over my lunch hour. Said the roof might last another 2-3 years and that their could be attic condensation causing my problems. Since I plan on retiring in 2-3 years I decided to just go ahead and have the roof done while I was still working. After I called and told them my decision he brought samples to my office so I could take them home and compare to my siding to help make my decision. I looked at those samples for several days which helped me make my decision. I got the hail resistant so my insurance rates will be lower. Once I decided and was able to get in touch with them everything went very fast. Actually very unexpectedly they got done with another job faster than expected and called to see if they could hop on mine that afternoon. They did and got it done by 5pm, it is a very small house. Neighbor told me he was impressed with how thorough the crew was, even metal detected the yard for nails. Cleaned up everything. Only issue I had with them was that they didn't always respond promptly to my calls. They were busy with a home show in town. I am pretty easy going but some other person may have gotten a little miffed. My little house looks very spiffy!

It was a great experience. They came out, looked at the roof and gave us an estimate. We were entitled to a rebate from the original shingle company and they handled all the paperwork and sent in the sample. They arrived on time, did the work, cleaned up and left.

They did a good job, the roof looks perfect. The rolloff for trash came early in the morning and I had to get up early to move my car out of the garage, but they were nice enough to ask me before boxing my car into the garage. they finished the job in one day, they were done around 6pm, and the rolloff was taken away early the next morning. there is hardly any evidence they were even there. we were a little uncertian about the exact day that they would show up to do the work, they didn't give us a hard date when we signed the purchase agreement. we could have gotten a better price from friends who do roofing on the side, but we expected better quality from professionals, and we did get what was expected.

They didn't actually bill me, they billed the seller of the house that we bought. They came out and inspected it because we asked the seller to have them do it and they did but I don't know exactly how much it cost. I think they're really good. They explained what it is that needed to be done and why. They were there when they said they would and they were friendly and explained to somebody who didn't understand what the roof needed.

The overall process was fine. My only minor complaint is i called to tell them my problem, but I had to wait a few days to get a person scheduled to come out. Once the person came out, everything went quick, inexpensively and good quality work.

The job was done in a day and the crew was very diligent in their work and did an excellent job cleaning up after the roof was done. Great Job ! White Castle.

They did a superior job. We had 2 LARGE solar panels (1st edition) on our roof that they removed and patched the holes before re-roofing. The pitch on our roof is steep. We have been so happy with the work! They also did our garage roof and put in new gutters. Everything was done right the first time, the crew was courteous and we would recommend them to anyone! They swept a magnet over our lawn to pick up any metal nails or other material and we thought that was very nice. The work was done very quickly!

I was well pleased with them. They answered all my questions and gave me choices in terms of pricing and didn't seem to pressure me at all and that was important to me. I knew they had done a fair amount of work in the neighborhood and everyone was pleased with it and it was quick and easy. If I had been willing to go with someone that does roofing in his spare time, I might have had a cheaper price but I don't think I would have been as confident. I will use them again in the future if I would have any problem.
