Tri-Point Tree & Landscaping

We were very impressed with the time and care given to saving the bees . After that the crew worked quickly to cut large branches and get them safely down. All of the crew members worked well together and the job was finished in one day!

Tri-Point did a great job with my giant silver maple. The tree is now much lighter and thinner, just as we discussed. The guys worked quickly and efficiently with no mishaps or problems of any kind. The foreman was friendly and easy to talk to, and the crew thoroughly cleaned up after the job was completed. They even hauled away a few extra tree limbs that I had cut myself the week before. I must also say that Tri-Point has, so far, given me the most competitive bids, and since their work has been so good, I see no reason to use anyone else. I highly recommend this company.

Prompt and complete service as promised. Crew did a good job cleaning up. We appreciated the opportunity to make credit card payments over two months so the cost was spread out.

I first called Tri-Point early in September, and received their voicemail. I left a message asking for a call back. When I received a call back from Lynn she advised me that Mike was out of town and he would get back to me when he returned. I finally heard back from Mike several weeks later. I scheduled a time for him to come look at the yard so he could provide an estimate for the work we wanted to have done. He did arrive on time for our meeting, and discussed some options for rebuilding our large retaining wall and improving the drainage of water away from our house. I liked his ideas and felt good about the direction things were headed when he left. He promised to have a quote to me sometime the next week or so. However, that was in late October or early November, and I have never received any further communication from him (it is now early January). I contacted several family owned landscaping businesses for quotes for this project, and was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from Tri-Point. I would expect a small business to be far more responsive and eager to contract business, especially in these difficult economic times. I will NOT be contacting Tri-Point again for this or any future projects.

This company was extremely responsive. They coordinated with our electrical company to prune the tops of the trees and then took care of the rest of them, cleaning up all the debris. They were efficient, professional, and quick. The entire process, start to finish, was a breeze. I highly recommend this company and will hire them again.

I used them before a few years ago. They do a real good job. They are very efficient and cleaned up after themselves.
