The Silhouette blinds came out perfectly. The cleaning was great, and their white color was sparkling. The Luminette blinds were sparkling also, but they puckered at the top. The owner himself worked with a steamer to correct the problem, but he finally concluded that there might be a manufacturing defect. He promised me that he would get me a new set of Luminettes. He personally contacted Hunter Douglas to convince them to make good on their lifetime warranty. This definitely involved effort on his part and numerous phone calls to the Hunter Douglas manufacturing site. He picked up the Luminettes from my home and shipped them back to the manufacturer at his expense. Today he brought them back and hung my new Hunter Douglas Luminette blinds. Mike was absolutely committed to making me happy as a customer. He absolutely delivered on his promise. I will use no other company for my carpet and window covering cleaning in the future. Mike and Coit were great!

They gave an estimate and they stayed with that price. There were some spots under the coffee table that did not come out. They came back and re-cleaned under the table with no problems. I would recommend them to anyone. They were professional and made sure to answer all of my questions.

The young man who cleaned my carpet did a good job. He knew what to do with the two spots that I was having trouble with and he did a really nice job on those. There was a spot that he missed, but once I called he came back out the same day. He did it to my satisfaction. I was so pleased with the work they did that I got the owner to come out and give me an estimate on what it would cost to clean my window treatments. I thought the estimate was a little pricey, but I am going to use them because they did such a good job on my carpets. Also, when I had my carpets cleaned they were offering a forty percent discount, so I was very pleased with the price.

I think what I liked best about using them is that the carpets always seem to dry really quick compared to other places. They also have very competitive prices and often have coupons. The people that come out are trained on how to use the equipment, too.

They were recommended to me by a friend of mine because they had done such a good job on her home so I thought I gave them a try. My carpets look wonderful now they even got a few little stains out that I thought were going to be there forever.
