It went great! Nate was very thorough in explaining what repairs he recommended, sent us an estimate/quote in a very timely manner, arrived on time, and cleaned up debris (old shingles, old flashing, etc.) from our yard before calling it a day.

In a word, "awesome." Nate was easy to work with, very responsive to calls, texts, and emails. His crew, led by Victor, was equally impressive. In addition to a first class roof installation, I was particularly pleased with the extra effort they made to ensure the yard, driveway, etc., were free of debris. They started as promised at 7:30AM and were gone before 5PM - we couldn't be happier!

We noticed our skylight was leaking into our ceiling. Nate was very prompt in getting in contact with me to schedule a time to get an estimate. He also identified some rotting wood around our chimney while he was up on our roof, took pictures, and explained how he could fix it. He was very nice and thorough and we got our estimate the next day. We did not have a strict timeline/schedule, so he said he would get it done in the next two weeks and he delivered! We definitely had a good experience and would hire him again!

Nate and his team were very refreshing to deal with. Nate is a no pressure kind of guy, he explained how he and his guys would do the job and gave me several options for shingle type and his pricing for repair and replace of the decking was the most reasonable of all the bids I got. They were very quick, and were done a day early with the roof and were done in less than a day with the gutters. They did a fantastic job of clean up and even took some trash that I had laying around waiting to get tossed without being asked. The clean up job was fantastic, everything looked better than when they started. I will be having him replace the roof of my current house and install new on my new garage. I highly recommend Nathan James, it was by far the best experience I have ever had with a contractor!

Nathan's crew was very professional, prompt and hard working. They found places where previous roofing companies had simply placed tar paper and shingles over holes in the sheathing when they removed old attic fan and roof vents. His bid beat the competition even though he provided better quality shingles than the other companies were including in their bids.

Nate was great to deal with, such an honest and polite person to work with. When looking to find someone to work on our home, we wanted someone who would take the time, thought and materials to make sure it was done properly and without worry. After evaluating the problem we had, Nate was quick to promptly fixed it and had confidence in his work. It's been a few years since the work was done and we've had zero issues since his fix. I will use Nathan James Construction for all future roofing and home repairs.

He helped guide me through the purchase of the options i wanted and i found his suggestions invaluable. The price was very reasonable and Nathan James crew did outstanding work. They installed impact-resistant shingles, which provide protection from hail storms. The work was performed within the month it was quoted and was completed in a very timely manner. It was important to me that Nathan James has been in business for a number of years and will not close shop and move on to the next money-making after six months like my previous roofing contractor. This is important in case you experience leaks or the other problems within the first couple years after the work is completed. We have had a very wet winter and spring this year and we have not experienced any leaks or other problems with my roof as I did with the previous contractor. I could not be happier with the work of Nathan James Construction. Not only would I highly recommend Nathan James for roof replacements, but so would my next door neighbor, who had Nathan James replace his roof a few years ago.

I cannot say enough positive things regarding the work Nathan James Construction did on our roof replacement. I have passed his name on to others and will definitely hire him again should I ever need a new roof. Several neighbors mentioned how well/hard the crew worked and what a great job they did. We were very please with the complete reroofing of our house to include boards, shingles, vents and gutters. Nathan was very responsive on questions were had after the roofing was complete and made some minor adjustments.

Awesome job, well done! Upgraded to impact resistant shingles for the house and they even put them on our shed. Was well informed about work being done and when work would be started. Also did our gutters, they changed up the flow a little bit to better fit the house and it looks very good. Very professional and timely, work was completed in one day and clean-up was very precise with no noticeable debris left over. I hope to not need any service again any time soon but if I do, I will be using Nathan James Construction again!
