Javier seemed like a nice person and a good carpenter. However Javier cut corners when possible. Every time I asked about something he did wrong he always had some cheesy excuse. When we asked for something to be done he would argue and make an excuse on why not to do it. Javier never showed up on time and never showed up before 1100 am and would stop working before five pm. He pretended he knew what he was doing but did not. He did not have the plumber or electrician scheduled to come in. Any plumbing or electrical he had done we had to have fixed. He said he knew how to tile but did a horrible job and I have to hire someone else to come in and tile. On our deck he attempted to make his own steps but was not nice. The posts were in the wrong spot and he ran out of screws so he did not screw every board down. Javier was over budget and failed to finish his job with us. Javier turned out to be unreliable and unprofessional.
Description of Work: He attempted remolded our deck and our bathroom.
