dryer vent cleaning

Description of Work: I had used this company a year ago for dryer vent clean out. I had them come again this year to repeat a dryer vent clean out. I also needed a repair and replacement done on part of the tubing / venting. Although the additional work was unexpected, and they had to go purchase some supplies, all work was completed on the same day and was done thoroughly and professionally.

+ 0 moreHe came the next week to clean the vents. That night we realized that there was a bit of a squeaking sound from one of the vents that had started when the a/c fan was on. He came the next day to fix it (which he did). I consider the above excellent service as little issues like that can always come up... but it is the response to those issues that truly matters. His response was excellent. He was always on time for the appointments (which are at a given time... not a four hour window)... which is refreshing as compared to the average home maintenance person who might show up... and never on time. Overall, the owner is a very nice guy who knows his stuff and cares about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: We had them out to clean our dryer vent. The dryer certainly works better after the vent was cleaned. We were happy with his service and decided to have our house vents cleaned as well (at our request... the owner was not pushy).

Description of Work: Had dryer vent cleaned out. He was very professional, very friendly, and very efficient with his time. The work was completed quickly and he cleaned up nicely when he was done. I plan to have him complete this work for me every year.
