Residential Service

I called and asked to get an estimate for services from this company. They told me they would be to my house around 10 the next day. I rearranged my day and made it so I could stay home during the morning to meet with them. I was at home from 8:20 till 11:30 and even had other service providers in my home at the time. When I called to find out why they had not showed up they told me they had been by at 9:30 and I was not home. This was very clearly not true. When I told the man on the phone that I had been home the whole time, he argued with me and then told me "Well, I don't know what to tell you" and hung up on me. He has ingored my two follow on calls. Not showing up for an appointment is unprofessional and rude. Insisting that he did show up when he didn't is unprofessional and rude.(Note: neither of us raised our voices or used rude language during our phone call. So, that is something in their favor I guess.) Hanging up on a potential client is unprofessional and rude.
