This was a great experience, other than the cost, but being a Saturday afternoon, I understand.

I appreciate this honest, but do hope I can find someone in garage doors not just in it for the sales end...

I called them and they came out. They noticed a little sensor in front of the garage door that makes it go up and down. Somebody had put the shovel in front of the sensor door and that is why it wasn’t working. They charged me $60 for coming out. The guy who came out did seem to feel bad.

Cable had broken on my garage door.. Called to schedule a repair. They had a guy out within a couple of hours. Very fast response, and professional service.

I called them for service on an existing garage door opener that had stopped working. They came out the next day. The technician was professional and right on time. He repaired the problem with my opener and cleaned up when he was done. He also provided some additional help with a remote opener. Overall, it was a great experience. I would recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

He came on time and spent 2.5 hours. Two other parts needed replacement. He lubricated and adjusted everything as well as answering all my questions. Very thorough, fast, professional, knowledgable, and resonable priced.

Early the next morning Overhead Door contacted us and arranged for repair to made that afternoon. Then they called back and asked if we wished an earlier appointment account a vacancy came up. The repairman arrived promptly and accessed the damage. He replaced the spring, and then installed four safety-stop wires, which our doors did not have. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The entire amount of time was about an hour. We are extremely satisfied and will recommend Overhead Door of Omaha to anyone. Excellent service and professional employees!

They found a bearing in the torsion spring had been incorrectly installed by the former homeowners. Overhead Door corrected the bearing problem and performed an all-points inspection and servicing on the garage door. The best part was they only charged us for the visit, $50.00. I give them my highest endorsement and would encourage any with garage door issues to give them a call, they're awesome!

I wasn't really impressed with the job he did. The price was a little high, and he didn't act like he cared about his job. He wasn't very personable, or friendly and I feel he could have done better. The door works ok it's just I thought that it would look a lot better than it did for the price I paid.
