+ -1 moreIt didn't, they never showed up for the appointment and responded to dozen messages left by myself or Groupon.
Description of Work: I bought a Groupon online for their wholehouse air duct cleaning. After about 4 messages, someone return my call and scheduled an appointment. No one showed up. Called back about 2 dozen times. Contacted Groupon and Groupon assured me that the vendor will contact me. No response. This is a terrible business. They continue to sell Groupons and other advertisements and does not intend to honor those deals. Please do not do business with them. Thank goodness Groupon refunded my money.

+ -1 moreI also purchased a Groupon for this company's services. I left approximately 25 messages on their voicemail, and did not get one return phone call. Groupon did refund the purchase price for the services. i would never use this company.

+ -1 moreVery disappointed, I was really looking forward to this company's service. It is terrible that I was unable to ever even reach anybody after so much effort.
Description of Work: I purchased a living social deal for a whole-house vent cleaning. I have been trying to reach a person at this company for over the past 4 weeks now. This coupon expires in a few weeks. I have called the company at various times, left several messages, and emailed. I have not yet heard any sort of response. I notified Living Social of this lack of response and professionalism. Living social's reply to me was "that this business is still acknowledging the coupon deal, and that I should continue to attempt to reach him". At this point, I am not interested in this company stepping foot into my home. I wish I could have a refund, but unfortuneately that is not going to happen.

+ -1 moreBoth technicians were very friendly and professional, explaining exactly what they were going to be doing. After the walk through, they quickly worked through all of the vents in the house. Then they finished by cleaning the furnace and dryer vent. The entire process took less than an hour and a half for our moderately-sized home.
Description of Work: I hired Metro Air Duct Cleaning to clean our furnace and air duct system, as well as the dryer vent. All of the registers and return vents in the house were cleaned and inspected. The furnace filter was also cleaned as best as they could, although it needs to be replaced.
