After initial contact, Doug called back very promptly. After giving a description on the product, he was able to give me an estimate over the phone and said the job could be completed anytime. I then went to Menards to purchase the shed and the foundation kit. They told me that is all I needed for it and it took their word for it. It was then delivered to my home by Menards. When Doug got to my house he said they did not include the wood floor. Doug then on his own accord volunteered to pick up the wood floor with his truck. Day 2 of the service, before I left about 3pm I asked Doug when he was going to take off. He said it was going to rain the next day and he at least wanted to finish the roof to get it all intact. I got home about 6p, and the shed looked amazing, walls were up, roof and doors were installed and everything. it was professionally done by a true professional of the business. Also it did rain very hard last night with hail and everything. I took a look at the shed this morning and everything was intact, including the inside of the shed which was completely dry. Use this guy for your handyman services. He is very prompt, professional, fair, respectful, affordable, honest and everything.
