+ -1 moreThe provider didn't fix the slope, did fix the bracket and charged me $200 for the work; basically for the 5 dollar bracket!! I called to complain about the slope again and the provider has not shown up since. Update 6/17/16: I mentioned this to the builder and was surprised to see his foreman and another person who responded and fixed everything, the slope and the damaged soil.
Description of Work: This provider was the gutter subcontractor when this house was built. One downspout had a negative slope. Water was back pooling and eroding away soil at the basement wall. I called the provider to come fix it and fix a broken bracket on the same downspout.

Description of Work: replaced roof, gutters, paint etc relating to hail damage claim. Also did most of the dealing with the insurance company for me. Made the process much easier with Rick Dooley' s assistance. Performed all the work requested without any surprised or cost overruns.

+ 0 moreThe overall value of the price and quality of their work, was great.
Description of Work: They replaced my roof and gutters. They took the originial gutter downspout that was on the northwest part of my home that went into the yard and they moved it to the northeast side so it actually spills on the driveway. I was happy with it because then it is going directly into the street, not the grass.
