I got a very reasonable estimate, he explained a few things that he would fix, and the various paint types and benefits. He had another house down the street, and could do ours around the same time. Problem was there were some communication issues, messages not being returned, told I would be called back, asked for paint chips and never heard from him. If communication was not a problem, I would have no problem hiring as the quote and what needed to be done was accurate. This does not appear to be a unique problem with painters, several never called back. For that reason, I feel a "C" grade is accurate.

Gary provided a very competitive quote to paint our 3200 square foot, multi-level house. After reviewing other quotes and considering doing it ourselves - we went with Gary. Surprisingly, Gary only took two days to prep and paint our house and it looks awesome. Gary was very professional and explained the entire process as well as provided updates and progress reports. Highly recommend -we had to wait to get on his docket - but it was worth it! Highly recommend!

It was an organized and efficient process. They asked before trimming bushes back that were in the way which was thoughful. Gary and his crew were nice people and provided professional service. Detail areas were properly addressed. The results showed their pride in the work. The house looks great. I highly recommend Gary Cordes.

Great price and a great job. The team completed prep work, caulked all necessary siding seams and windows, and put on a good coat of paint. After 5 months, no bubbling or peeling. Would definitely hire them again.

Called for estimate and they were able to schedule the job within 2 weeks. Seemed very trust worthy. Company has painted other houses /garages in our neighborhood. Work was done quickly. Do discuss need to caution around valuable plants so that they can take precautions..

The estimate was for $1675. He has not done any work for me yet. My impression with the estimate itself was that he seemed rushed although he was knowledgeable. He did not seem to take much time to do the estimate. He gave me the estimate in five minutes. I got estimates from the other people and they took thirty to forty five minutes. I would not be going ahead with him. His price was good. I called him to get him come out to paint my house but he would not return my phone calls. I was very dissatisfied. So, I am in the process of doing it myself.

It definitely went great. I have had him do painting for me before and he always does a superb job. He gets the job done neatly and done in a reasonable amount of time with no mess.
