Description of Work: I traded 2 older sewing machines for 1 fancy new one. He was very knowledgeable and sent promotional materials promptly to help me make a decision on which model to buy. He gave me a good deal on the trade-ins. The downside is that he is extremely religious and promotes his beliefs not stop.What should have taken an hour to accomplish actually took 3 hours because of his stories and religious takes. He forgot about our first appointment and was hours late for the second appointment. He is the only Bernina dealer in this area.

 + 0 moreMark is very knowledgeable about Brother sewing machines. I believe he is honest, as well. There was a problem getting the exact machine I wanted, so a substitute was made. Mark refunded the difference ($50.00) to me. I would not have known there was a difference had he not said something. The sewing machine was delivered to my home and set up by Mark, with a brief demonstration of how to use it. I will do business with Mark again.
