+ -1 moreWe did house plans and signed the contract everything was fine and then he never showed up on the job. Was drunk all the time. He never got out of bed because he was always so drunk. His phone was off and then more than halfway through the project he left town and we never saw him again. He preys on new people and bullies them. He sends bogus bills after the papers have been signed and trie to bully them to pay. He cuts corners. We have had to fix so many things in our house and we found out we have less square footage, by 100 square feet that we know of and paid for. When we tried to get him to own up to it he never answered his phone and never returned our call. Three years later...nothing.
Description of Work: He is a scam artist. He is personal and great and tells you all you want to hear and then once the contract is signed service goes down from there. He is a cheat on all he does, shorted us on square footage. Left many things unfinished NEVER came back to fix or finish once he received all his money and then sent us a bogus bill of things supposed on paid AFTER closing. Would NEVER recommend him home builder be very aware! He has done this so many times to people no one that knows him will ever recommend him or use him again. He preys on new people that move in because locals will never use him.
