We recently purchased a home & discovered during the harsh winter months that our windows and patio door where causing HUGE energy losses. I did a bunch of research & read HUNDREDS of reviews on various window companies & decided to set up a meeting with Your Home Improvement Company. Our salesman Tom was absolutely professional & went through all the options with us. Now YHIC wasnâ t the cheapest bid we had gotten but the level of quality of materials and the amazing warranty was the reason we chose them. The crew that installed all 9 windows and patio door were just as equally awesome. They made sure all our floors & carpet were covered & they did a great job of cleaning everything up after they were done!! They didnâ t even mind working around 3 German Shepherds! High pressure sales. First installer quit after 1/2 day, removing some snow only (November installation). Second one had small crew quit -- beware of late fall or winter installations. Company promises or assures things that may not transpire. No cleanup in spring, have to do it myself. Should get more for such a high price. Shingles look great, however, thanks to a persistent, painstaking install (almost single-handed). Why has no one called to ask us if we have any questions or problems - - it has been six months!

Patio door install. Installer was late and rude. Door is difficult to open. Customer service was good but we haven't heard from them since job was completed. They called and offered to check and update fire alrarms but didn't. Very expensive patio door.

The salesman was very friendly. He explained the details of the windows very thoroughly and had a cross section of the window so we could see how it is made and how it is better than other windows on the market.

The three man crew arrived at 8 am and got started immediately and installed 5 more windows(2nd time I hired them). They were finished by 12:30pm and were fast, efficient and very clean. they put down plastic and hauled away all the old windows and trash.

The whole process was very smooth from the financing to the very professional and clean installations. My experience was very enjoyable with this company, they have trade specific installers that work directory for the company!!

I paid a deposit of 4414.50 a on 5/15/2017 they haven't even started the bathroom project. It is now July 8th

They are very good came to measure a few times for the siding, windows & insulation. Send me e-mails with the progress in ordering & shipping. windows & insulation are being done tomorrow 7/7/17. Siding will be done in a few weeks.

These guys are good! They resided an old cabin and made it look beautiful! The windows are gorgeous!

Really great service, windows came in way quicker than we expected. The windows are absolutely gorgeous and match wood work perfectly. The sound of trains has diminished and I can already feel the difference inside the home. Great experience!!
