Great! Tony did a great job with the design and the execution of the design! They showed up when the said they would, and Tony kept us up to date on the progress. Communication is very important to us, and he did a great job. The value for what we paid was very good. We received competitive quotes for the same landscaping, and it wasn't close. Keep up the good work!

Zack was suppose to come back and reinstall and replant over 20 plants in the spring of 2018 throughout our yard which we paid him for in full and they warrantied from the year before. He never answered my calls or texted back to redo what they said they were going to do. Additional landscaping projects they were hired to do was not completed correctly and have yet to be redone and or corrected.
Description of Work: Replanting and reinstalling over 20 different plants.

Zack and his crews all did a superior job. They had to remove all the old bushes, put in new mulch, new plants, tree, and flowers, new drip lines, new stone edging, and new landscaping lighting on one side.
Description of Work: Complete resign of front yard landscaping.

Description of Work: Completely removed all the landscaping in our front yard including plants and a tree. Replaced with river rock instead of mulch and two decorative trees along with some plants. They also included LED lighting throughout the front of house. |The guys who came out to work on the house were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were conscientious about what they were doing. I had a lot of confidence in the job they were doing. The planning part was a little less smooth. What I had envisioned and what we got were not exactly the same. It would have helped to have a rough sketch of the designer's plan. I'm happy with how it turned out, just wasn't what I envisioned to begin with. They do good quality work, though, so I'm satisfied. A little on the pricey side, but with the inflation going on, hard to tell if it's too much.

Description of Work: I live in Missouri Valley Iowa and wanted topsoil and mulch added to my flower beds. They wanted me to go measure and tell them approximately how much I would need, I was willing to pay extra for them to come here. I have bought from them in the past but won't anymore, Ill go elsewhere.

As you can see from the email communication outlined below, we tried to get a little more information about your needs and you refused to provide us with any additional details about the project. Some minor details would have been a tremendous help. At Yard Market we strive to operate as efficiently as possible in order to keep costs low and provide the best customer experience possible. In order to do this it is our policy to gather as many details as possible about a project, this is especially important when gathering information about a project that is a considerable distance from our nursery. Since you were not willing to provide us with any additional details it was impossible for us to guess your needs. In many instances such as this we are able to provide same day service by sending out one of our dump trucks and/or dump trailers with more than enough material to accommodate your needs. We do this on a daily basis with countless customers to their complete satisfaction. That is a much more efficient business model than sending an employee to your location without any details, having them return to the nursery, and then sending out another driver and truck. Our goal was to take care of your needs in an efficient and cost effective manner. Unfortunately you were not willing to help us better understand your needs. We work with customers all over Nebraska and Iowa on a daily basis, ranging from across the street to several hours away so we are obviously more than willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy the needs and wishes of our customers. Not good. They did not show and I will not attempt to use them again.
Description of Work: I called close to one week in advance to get a bid for a patio. They did not call until after 11a. on the morning they were supposed to be there. I called them back immediately and left a message. I never did receive a call back. Poor service from what I thought was a good company. I will not attempt to use them again.

I thought they did a marvelous job in doing the layouts and designs. It really spiffed up the yard and made it look a lot better. I was satisfied with the work and the workers did it in a timely manner. They were respectful of my property.

They did a great job of keeping my lawn weed free and green. They didn t call, but I knew when they came out because there was a flag in the yard and an invoice on the door. They advertised their product to be people and pet friendly after the application dried. They had free service calls, which I liked just in case there was a problem area.
Description of Work: We hired them to spray our lawn for weeds like dandelions and clovers. They also fertilized our front and back lawn.

We were very pleased with the service that Yard Market did for us. We called them and in the same day they came out and looked over the situation. They brought the replacements and fixed them right away. They were very courteous an prompt in their work.
