Xtreme Heating & Cooling

Xtreme Heating & Cooling installed new AC in our house, it stops working in less than 5 years. Their technician came out and diagnosis that evaporator coil is leaking. It is still under Lennox warranty. We pay $210 diagnosis fee and he promised the office will call back to setup replacement. After 2 days no call, we called the office repeatedly, NOBODY answers the phone for several days. Finally, we get hold of them, but they refuse to do warranty work, very rude! This is the WORST experience.

Excellent Service

Xtreme Heating and Cooling had a phone number on their website that said it could be called "anytime 24/7." I didn't really believe that anyone would answer yet the phone was answered on the first ring. The gentleman that answered was very nice and said he would have someone named Jerry give us a call. Jerry called very soon after and he was professional and personable. He arrived at our house within the hour and fixed the problem (a motor) that night. In the process, he accidentally cracked a piece of PVC pipe that water from the AC drains from. He came the next day (Sunday) and replaced the cracked pipe. Of course, we were charged extra for weekend work but we happily paid it as well as the cost of the part. We are thinking we may just need a new furnace in the near future as we seem to have something go wring with it yearly and this company will be a top contender for instillation of a new system based on our first experience with them.

Service men arrived on scheduled time. They completed the install in a very timely manner, cleaned up any wast they had,were very friendly and responsive to any questions that I asked. i would highly recommend Xtreme Heating and cooling to all of my neighbors and friends.

The crew arrived on time, they were respectful of my house and pets. They removed and hauled away the old unit and installed the new AC on a new pad. They cleaned up both inside and out and ensured where the AC pipes entered our home were sealed. Jerry called while they were at my home to ensure I was happy with the AC unit and the install.

They were very polite and explained the process.
