White Castle Roofing

Description of Work: We had two roof tiles that blew off in one of the spring storms last year. White Castle Roofing assessed the damage within a week and fixed for under $200. It was a small job but they included us in the assessment rotation at time when they could have been more responsive to clients with more expensive repairs and ignored the little jobs. I appreciated the responsiveness and the cost, and I would use them again.

Description of Work: Everything went well and they followed all my instructions about not parking on driveway with shingle delivery truck (they used a boom truck and unloaded from street) and not using heavy steel dumpster (they used an empty trailer with inflatable tires). They provided a new roof, new metal around 11 windows on the north side and new gutter covers. The work was done very well and cleanup was very good too. The only thing I would have to down grade WC on is dropping the shingle bundles from shoulder height onto the roof. Normally not an issue, except in my family room with a cathedral ceiling ... the shock/vibration knocked texturing off the ceiling in about 6 areas that I had to repair and repaint. I would use them again, if they were competitive.

Description of Work: Placed special screens on all my attic vents to keep snow from entering which would melt and leave interior water stains on my ceiling. Also, replaced my plumbing vent collars with metal vs the pvc the builder used which was deteriorating also causing interior water damage. While they are doing the work literally as I write this, I have full confidence this work will be done to my satisfaction and my roof will last for the many, many years as they predict and I will have no more water stains!!!

Description of Work: There was a lot more damage than we thought there was going to be. We had to replace beams and sheaths. It's a wonder nobody can through the roof. Although we were still right on target on estimate. Very nice.

Description of Work: Had small leak on ceiling and they came to investigate, great company!

Description of Work: Complete tear-off and new roof install. New flashings throughout, new valleys, drip edge, and a ridgemount ventilation system were installed. White Castle did a first rate job and was very responsive to any and all requests. I coordinated with four roofers for estimates on the job. I am very happy that White Castle was the only company of the four to follow up on my call. Why call anyone else. These guys are professional from the first call to the finish!

Description of Work: Replaced plywood where the roof had been leaking and reroof end the entire house. Roofers were there on time as they said they would be. Site foreman, Jake, came at beginning of the day and answered any questions I had. He was easy to contact if I had any questions during the work. Without going up on the roof and inspecting it myself, I believe everything was done as promised. Happy that we have guaranteed work and that they stand behind the work they have done. I only looked at contractors with good Angie's List ratings during selection process.

Description of Work: They roofed two buildings at Keystone Little League. All in all service was acceptable. I. Haven't heard from them since their crew did the work. I would have liked a walk through after completion.

Description of Work: Replaced roofing shingles. Overall, it was a very smooth operation. They completed the job in one day, but they had to return to correctly reinstall our gutter covers. Two days after they finished the job, we received 6.5 inches of rain in one day. The new roof held up like a champ.

Description of Work: Through the entire process, White Castle was easy to deal with. I appreciated that the estimate provided options, but had no pressure which selection to make. They were easy to contact and quick to respond as well. I love my new roof!
