Description of Work: Installed underground gutter downspout drain extenders on my home. Family-run business. Head man, Walt, was prompt, knowledgeable and informative when he came to provide an estimate, but it was the last time I saw him. His workers were prompt and seemed to do a good job. However, I had much difficulty reaching the office (usually got an answering service), and my phone calls were not returned. I finally had to call Walt on his cell phone to get my questions answered. So far, there has been no problem with the system, other than one drain cap that blew off during a heavy rain. I would use this provider again only to service the system they installed, as they are the only known company locally to do such work.

+ -1 moreI am in the process of buying a new home and wanted an expert opinion of the water drainage on the property and called Water Solutions to make an appointment. I knew Water Solutions provided free estimates and told them that I wanted an inspection of the property for potential water drainage problems and requested a price for this service. I was told there would be no charge. On the day of the appointment, representative, Mr. Walt Latham, arrived on time and after a discussion of my concerns he proceeded to walk the property. Mr. Latham pointed out potential areas of concern and advised on how to mitigate any problems. He also conducted an inspection of the walkout basement and highlighted areas that should be addressed to prevent any future problems. It is hard to believe that Water Solutions spent all this time with me and provided so much information at no charge. Because of Mr. Latham's professionalism and expertise I feel better about continuing with the purchase of the house. I would highly recommend Water Solutions and would seek their services should I ever need their expertise.

+ -1 moreThe construction of our pool was at a stand still when we called in Walt and his crew for help. Walt immediately identified the issue and came up with a detailed plan to address it. He was honest and took time to explain everything to me and my wife. They reacted quickly coming out the following week and worked through the July 4th weekend to get the job done. Everyone on the job was hardworking and respectful willing to answer all questions we had along the way. When the job was complete Walt reviewed everything with me and followed up to ensure we were fully satisfied. A few days later we found out the drainage pipes for the deck drains needed to be lowered to work with our layout. Walt had a full crew out the next day and not only did they lower the pipes but also installed and connected the deck drains to save us time and money. Walt also insisted on coming out to check on everything when the project was complete to ensure drainage was working properly. I would highly recommend Water Solutions to anyone in need of a water drainage expert. Honest, trustworthy and hardworking.

Description of Work: Had water seeping into our two basement bedrooms. They came out, assessed the problem, and redirected the drainage on the north side of our home. It's rained heavily a couple of times since they completed their work and no water in the basement. Yippee!

+ -1 moreAfter initial estimate where my husband met with them, we were not able to get them to call us back. My husband e-mailed them with further questions regarding estimate and he never heard anything back. After that, I scheduled an appointment with them to come to our house to give us an estimate (it had been a while since they had come out and I was unaware they had previously come to give us an estimate - we really needed to find a contractor to do the work). The appointment was set for a Friday afternoon with Paula, the owner. She did not show up, nor did anyone call us to explain why they did not come. I called the following week and left a message, explaining what happened and that I really wanted to talk with her. No call back. We called again last week, one last time, left a similar message with a representative there - no call back. I truly cannot believe how unprofessional and irresponsible they seem to be. Do they really care so little for their prospective customers? I have no faith in their business or them.

+ -1 moreThey gave a bid two weeks ago. He is going to install some drainage grates. I have an issue with my neighbors drainage coming into my yard. Their gutters are coming into my yard. He will be installing three grates to assist with water drainage. They did a good job. They did not try to oversell me. He took care to take care of my grass during the project. During the project it looked like a war zone, but once they were done you could hardly tell they were there. Just waiting on a good rain to see the final results.
Description of Work: I used Water Solutions for Drain Pipe Installation - Exterior. I got a bid from them and they are going to come and do the work. They will be installing three water grates to assist with water drainage.
