I made 2 appointments with this company for an estimate on finishing my basement and they were a no-call, no-show each time. The first scheduled appointment was 5/10. I scheduled this appointment with Steve. After waiting for about 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, I gave Steve a call. He apologized and said that he felt he was forgetting something but could not recall what it was. He also said that he did not write down any of my contact information when we first talked so I gave it to him again and rescheduled for 10am on 5/14. He did not show up on 5/14 nor did he call to reschedule. So I am assuming that once again, this appointment was forgotten on his end. I won't be calling back because I feel that if a company makes a mistake the first time....if they really want your business...they will make every effort to not make that same mistake a second time. I'm willing to give a second chance, but a third is completely out of the question. I feel as if my business nor my time is of value to this company so I am moving on.

Steve Voss is the owner and I am very pleased with him. I spent $18,000 on that last job. They also tore out some carpets, did the drywall, painting and some re-wring, installed a home theater system, installed speakers outside on the patio. He is very honest and thorough. He does have to come back because he had a person to lay the carpets and two doors that needed to be trimmed. I also had him do some extra grouting work and it has to set, so he has to come back and finish that grouting. He has to install the fan as well under the patio because of the weather we had. His prices are not the highest or the lowest, but the quality and honesty was good. He also installed a higher utility sink than I ever dreamed of they ever do.
