They did show up on time. We had requested that the movers load my brother's stuff and then mine and take it over to the new places. The movers decided that they would load my brother's stuff and take it over to his place and then come back and get my stuff. About an hour in, there was a rain storm and it all went downhill after that. The rain stopped and the movers seemed to lose steam after that. I wasted an entire day waiting on these guys, the move took around 9-10 hours. They even asked my brother if I would be willling to move the next day to extend it to another day. My brother and I both have experience moving. This move was double what it should have been.I had requested 3 movers and 1 truck to speed up the process. These guys took several long breaks. At one point, they had me look up the number for Domino's, ordered a pizza, then took an hour and a half to eat it. I was being charged the entire time. I will never use this company again.

They were good at following directions on where to put all the stuff. The price was really reasonable. They worked hard and got the job done in a timely manner.

They did a pretty good job but some of the furniture was ripped due to carelessness. The owner said they would come by to fix it but they never did. The movers showed up on time, were polite and courteous. They would have been great if it wasn t for a couple pieces of furniture that got ripped.

They worked fast but were also careful and safe with our things. We didn t have any scratches or tears on anything. My husband and I are very satisfied with Vaughn's work and I would definitely recommend their services.
