TruGreen Lawn Care - 5645

I called to talk to the manager Timothy Corbett and was told he was not answering his page. I spoke with Michelle, whom I've spoken with before about servicing my lawn after my account was CANCELED, and she told me I was put on the ''do not solicit'' list, not the ''we're going to call you about your closed account list''. Out of 50 recorded calls on my phone 17 are from this company, that's 34%. My advice would be to look at their BBB record, (22 complaints in the last 36 months which only 8 have been resolved), before you contract with them. Talking directly to anyone there or putting your requests in writing to them, doesn't seem to do any good to resolve the situation. I asked Michelle to tell Todd not to call my home anymore. She said she'd TRY to get a message to him. UNBELIEVABLE!

OH MY GOODNESS! Where to start...had service w/ this company and chose to CANCEL. Service was preformed okay, (cost $58.00 per treatment), but they were going to raise our price for service and I could not justify price for the amount of service, and did not see any benefit/improvement from service. I sent a letter to this company to cancel on 08/16/06. Then I started to receive 3 to 4+ phone calls a day from this company! Then, they came out and did another treatment on my lawn on 09/19/06 without my permission! I called the company that day to tell them I had canceled the account and service more than a month prior. They said they would take care of it. THEN, MORE CALLS!! 4+ A DAY! This is boarderline harrasment! I get a message today 09/22/06, saying they need to ask me some question BEFORE they can cancel my account! OUTRAGEOUS!! I called again to say "DON'T CALL ME ANYMORE!" We'll see what happens. Watchout for this one!!

TruGreen Chemlawn comes to our home to care for our lawn on a regular basis. I cannot recall the exact price, but it is comparable to other similar companies. They do a great job and our lawn is always lush and beautiful. We don't have to worry about a thing.

The two men that came out were eager to get to work, but at the same time they were very cautious. They got the trees trimmed and they were courteous. They did such a great clean up that they didn t even leave one leaf behind.

My yard looked terrible. Before they would call and talk to me about my lawn, but they stopped doing that as they just sent me a card and I didn t like that. I don't think I would recommend them to anyone. Every time I looked out the window it just made me more and more unhappy with the whole situation.

TruGreen Chemlawn made sure the trees got the right amount of fertilizer and trimming. They cleaned up all the excess wood after they were finished trimming. They either show up early or just on time. You could really tell that they really cared about our trees.

I have had terrible service with this place and I was very unhappy with them. They doubled my weed problem and I complained about it and got no where with them. I do not want them around my home again.

We have used them over the years and they have always been honest, respectful and they always told us what treatments they used. I like that the chemicals they use are pet and children safe. If were not home, they usually told us on a note and they let us know if we needed to lower our blade on our mower or not.

I am very happy with this company I use them every year. I definitely like their workers as they are very polite and do awesome work. They have never sprayed anything that I didn't tell them to. I have no bugs in or around my home or on my bushes and that s the best part about the whole service.

TruGreen ChemLawn does a great job of fertilizing our lawn. The grass is always very green and we also don't have any lawn weeds or crabgrass. The guy who comes to fertilize the yard is very nice and does his job quickly.

They have done a very good job for me and I liked that they were prompt as they have never been late. They didn't bother me at all and they just got the job done. I have seen an improvement in how my yard looked since using them and they were nice people to deal with.

They did a wonderful job and they were very prompt with their service call. They always were on time and provided us with the best service possible. They really made a difference in my yard.

We used True Green for several years, but after my husband began to be dissatisfied with their service, we switched. He said that they didn't kill all the weeds and he saw some dandelions.

We have not had any problems with the yard but figured it was a good idea to hire someone before we had problems rather then wait until they appeared. A lot of people around here use TruGreen so I knew that if many people trusted them with their yard I could too. We think the workers are real nice and do a good job.

I have been with Tru Green Chemlawn for several years now. I would not use anyone else. They are very professional and courteous. They also know what they are doing and are very good at it. My lawn is green all summer long even when there is very little rainfall. They will let me know when they need to do a treatment on my lawn. They are very punctual and very polite. I feel their prices are very good for the service that I get from them.

TruGreen Chemlawn did a wonderful job. They were always here on time and they spent time on the yard even when we are not at home. They were polite and I they work hard at their job. My yard looked good when they were done.

Tru Green Chemlawn comes out and checks my lawn and then tells me what they will put on my lawn at this call. They are very professional and courteous. They are always on time, and when they leave I have nothing to clean up after them. Their office always calls me back to see how the treatment went and ask if I was happy with the work.

They were not up front with me from the beginning on the available treatments for specific lawn problems, so they sold me a full package of treatments that I didn't need. As of right now I haven't seen any results, but I am some what optimistic.

They offered to call ahead, which they were doing, but we decided that it would be easier to contract us by mail before coming out and they did a good job of sending us notices. The schedule was kept by them and that made it easier on me. I was very impressed with the results that I saw in my lawn. They also offered free service calls for problem areas, but I haven't had to call them.

We had a lot of weeds on the side of the house and in the yard. The fertilizer killed the great big dandelions also. It made such a big difference in the color of our grass. It was actually green again everywhere. The company was great.

They were basically tree doctors who were more than knowledgeable in the care of and the special treatments to rejuvenate ailing trees. They were recommended to us by a friend who was also a lover of unique trees. They saved our Aftens and we were pleased.

I would not say that this company is the greatest but they are very consistent and regular in their work. They do keep all scheduled appointments and they do the best job they can. Here and there, I may find a few things wrong but that is to be expected.

Tru Green Chemlawn does a good job spraying my lawn, they don't kill any flowers or shrubs, if the dog is outside, they make sure the gate is shut. I have a set schedule when they come out, and if it rains, they come the next day. The employees are professional and friendly. I have had Tru Green Chemlawn spraying my lawn for 12 years now, and they've always done a good job.

I haven't been too impressed with the lack of communication that we have had with Trugreen Chem Lawn. They never came to me to let me know of any problems. I shouldn't have to inspect everything myself. I've kept using them because frankly there's not much other choices out there to use.

Last year I had the worst trouble with weeds in my yard, but Ridgewood was able to take care of them. My lawn looks beautiful since they have started coming out and I have seen a big improvement in the way my yard looks. I have no complaints at all about them.
