Description of Work: We use them all the time. They do our trees and shrubs. We also had a tone of spiders and ants, they sprayed all around the home and garden. We have a large ash tree that they treated for ash boards.

Description of Work: They were set up to treat our lawn for several years . They were never on time for us to open the gate. Many times charges for services that were not performed (I was home to witness on several instances) They took days, sometimes weeks to reply to a concern or complaint.

Description of Work: We had truGreen for 20 plus years,but the last two years we had them, service went down hill. We had them for lawn and tree service. The lawn had brown spots all over and they had no idea what was wrong. They are very expensive, and I finally stopped using them because I did not feel I was getting my moneys worth at all. Tree service was alright but again very expensive.

Description of Work: Scotts did a horrible job on my lawn when I called then to come out and inspect my lawn it took about 4 days to come over and when they did they could not answer my questions. Said they would have to send out one of they professional lawn tech. They never showed back up. I will never use them again.

+ -1 moreWe had a lot of weeds on the side of the house and in the yard. The fertilizer killed the great big dandelions also. It made such a big difference in the color of our grass. It was actually green again everywhere. The company was great.
Description of Work: We had Tru Green fertilize our medium sized yard for weeds, dandelions and brown areas. They come out six times a year.

+ -1 moreTru Green Chemlawn does a good job spraying my lawn, they don't kill any flowers or shrubs, if the dog is outside, they make sure the gate is shut. I have a set schedule when they come out, and if it rains, they come the next day. The employees are professional and friendly. I have had Tru Green Chemlawn spraying my lawn for 12 years now, and they've always done a good job.

+ -1 moreTrue Green was great and you knew this because their van stayed in our neighborhood. Every time I would come or go they were always doing someone's yard. Everybody's yard around here looks great and we owe that to True Green. Thanks a lot and I will tell all of my family and friends how well you guys did. They also fertilize my lawn eight times a year.
Description of Work: They fertilized my medium to large size lawn. It could be closer to one acre altogether.

+ -1 moreThey were basically tree doctors who were more than knowledgeable in the care of and the special treatments to rejuvenate ailing trees. They were recommended to us by a friend who was also a lover of unique trees. They saved our Aftens and we were pleased.

+ -1 moreI haven't been too impressed with the lack of communication that we have had with Trugreen Chem Lawn. They never came to me to let me know of any problems. I shouldn't have to inspect everything myself. I've kept using them because frankly there's not much other choices out there to use.
Description of Work: They fertilized and put weed treatment on our front and back yard which was a 5,000 square foot yard.

+ -1 moreLast year I had the worst trouble with weeds in my yard, but Ridgewood was able to take care of them. My lawn looks beautiful since they have started coming out and I have seen a big improvement in the way my yard looks. I have no complaints at all about them.

+ -1 moreTrugreen Chem Lawn did a good job showing up when scheduled. I was very pleased with the results that I have seen in my lawn. They advertised that their product is people and pet friendly after time has allowed it to dry. I felt comfortable with them outside of my home. I always knew that they were here because they flagged my lawn.
