Description of Work: We use them all the time. They do our trees and shrubs. We also had a tone of spiders and ants, they sprayed all around the home and garden. We have a large ash tree that they treated for ash boards.

Description of Work: They were set up to treat our lawn for several years . They were never on time for us to open the gate. Many times charges for services that were not performed (I was home to witness on several instances) They took days, sometimes weeks to reply to a concern or complaint.

Description of Work: We had truGreen for 20 plus years,but the last two years we had them, service went down hill. We had them for lawn and tree service. The lawn had brown spots all over and they had no idea what was wrong. They are very expensive, and I finally stopped using them because I did not feel I was getting my moneys worth at all. Tree service was alright but again very expensive.

Description of Work: Scotts did a horrible job on my lawn when I called then to come out and inspect my lawn it took about 4 days to come over and when they did they could not answer my questions. Said they would have to send out one of they professional lawn tech. They never showed back up. I will never use them again.

 + -1 moreI have always liked their service and have never had any problems with the way our yard looked. Just recently, there has been a few more weeds than there was in the past. Maybe there wasn t enough weed killer being applied. We will continue to use them to see if they would solve the problem. They come out six times a year.
Description of Work: They fertilized and did weed control for broad leaf and sprayed for grubs.

 + -1 moreTrue Green was great and you knew this because their van stayed in our neighborhood. Every time I would come or go they were always doing someone's yard. Everybody's yard around here looks great and we owe that to True Green. Thanks a lot and I will tell all of my family and friends how well you guys did. They also fertilize my lawn eight times a year.
Description of Work: They fertilized my medium to large size lawn. It could be closer to one acre altogether.

 + -1 moreTrugreen Chem Lawn did a good job showing up when scheduled. I was very pleased with the results that I have seen in my lawn. They advertised that their product is people and pet friendly after time has allowed it to dry. I felt comfortable with them outside of my home. I always knew that they were here because they flagged my lawn.
Description of Work: They sprayed our front and back lawn for weeds such dandelions and clovers. They also fertilized it.

 + -1 moreTruGreen Chemlawn has been fertilizing and treating our lawn for about a year now and our lawn looks very green and is very thick. We don't have any weeds or lawn bugs. We are very happy with the service they provide us.
Description of Work: TruGreen Chemlawn fertilized our lawn to control weeds along with lawn bugs. We do have a service agreement with them.

 + -1 moreThey usually didn t call ahead because we were on a schedule that they kept. I knew when they were here because they flagged the lawn to let us and my neighbors know they put down a product that needed time to dry. It was dry in about one hour and was pet and people friendly after that. They were doing a good job and we liked the results we saw in our lawn.
Description of Work: They sprayed the lawn for weeds and put down fertilizer on my front and back yard. They sprayed for dandelions, clovers and crabgrass. They do this six times a year. You could pay $40 per application or $240 yearly.

 + -1 moreTrugreen Chemlawn did a nice job. They did what was asked of them with no hassle. They were very conscientious about our dogs. They called us a day in advance to be sure it was going to be a good time for us so we would be able to keep the dogs out of the yard. They also showed up when they said they would.

 + -1 moreI have seen a vast improvement in my lawn since Ridgewood Tree and Shrub Care started fertilizing. They come out anytime I have an issue I am concerned about. They are just terrific. They always call me to let me know they are coming out.
