 + -1 moreOur African Grey parrot plucked 14 keys off of my wife's laptop. Trisec replaced the keyboard rather than replacing the entire machine. This saved us the trouble of transferring data from the old machine (which wasn't that old). This was all done in less than the time estimated.
Description of Work: Laptop computer keyboard replaced.

 + -1 moreThey ordered the part and it was the wrong part. This went on three times. They finally got the right part but it wasn t the fault of the technician, it was the ordering department. The second time that I had taken it home when I turned it on it made a loud noise. The technician did a good job and stayed on top of things until the right part was installed.
Description of Work: I took my Apple computer to the shop. The technician said the problem was in the motherboard so he ordered a part and replaced it for me. It took him three times in order to get it fixed right. It was under warranty so I didn't have to pay anything.
