Very well done. We were out of town but the work was completed in a very satisfactory manner. Rain delayed the work but they were very responsive in rescheduling.

Initial conversation set up appointment for estimate. We are not sure if he even stopped by to look at tree because we never received any further contact---estimate, phone call, message, or otherwise. We called a week later and left message to check on estimate status but never received a call back.

Of all the tree service companies I have used in the past, Tree Services of Omaha exceeded our expectations and blew their competitors that I can attest to out of the water. They were meticulous, no "hidden costs", the crew was undoubtedly on of the most professional and personable group I have ever utilized in a home service project. I definitely am grateful I took a look at Tree Services of Omaha for my tree service needs! Thank you David and your crew!

I contacted Tree Services in early February and they gave me an estimate. They came out and did the work in May due to the weather not being warm enough.

All tree limbs removed. Not sure limbs hung up on top of tree could be removed look very dangers. The yard was cleaned. The street in front of house also cleaned.

Crew showed up, did the work quickly and professionally and cleaned up like they were never there.

I had Tree Service make a bid because they did a great job on my next door neighbor's Maple tree last year. My only "complaint" was that I had an ugly horizontal branch I hang my hammock on and between the estimate last Fall, and trimming in April, David forgot about the branch; we stopped them just in time to save most of it. Complaint? Guess I could have reminded him! Despite some delays due to weather, David Steg and a large crew came a little earlier than they had notified us, and completed the job in less than one day at the economical price quoted. Cleanup was excellent, they even raked up all the debris from a windy winter of leaves and twigs, and when they left, my backyard was ready for spring!

REMOVED TREE BUT THEY NEVER CAME BACK TO REMOVE STUMP HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO FINALLY REMOVE STUMP. AND WHEN I PAID MINUS WHAT IT COST FOR A SECOND COMPANY TO REMOVE THE STUMP THEY WANTED TO TAKE ME TO COURT.

I couldn't have asked for a better company to do the work. They gave me an estimated date and then called a few days in advance to let me know exactly when they were showing up. All of the crew members were very professional and respected my property a their own. They made the job look easy with all of their tools. I was amazed that they could take a tree down with such control using ropes. They also cleaned up every stick and lead, which I wasn't expecting. I will only use Tree Services of Omaha for all of my tree care needs. The price was very reasonable and the whole experience was very pleasant.

They arrived less than 24 hours of contacting them. I was away at work, but when I came home I found an incredible job had been done! The stump had been removed and grinded down below grade. The crew had cleaned up and made it look like they had never even laid foot in my yard. I would encourage anyone that needs tree trimming of stump removals to use Dave and his crew!
