I'm a Realtor and my clients, the home owners, live out of state so I had to arrange for termite treatment. TNT bid the job and then when someone bid less and I let them know, they beat that price. They were quick to get there, treated the property promptly and thoroughly, and were extremely pleasant and professional. I thought they did a great job and were responsive to our situation.

They are always prompt and on time. They always follow up when the work is done and inform me of the results. I really appreciate this and they are very nice and have great customer service.

The TNT team led by Andrew Mortensen showed up on 5/11 and we talked. He agreed with me that it would probably only be necessary to do the addition and the garage underneath that. Part of the understanding was that the only part of the house guarenteed against termites would be that addition. I agreed and Andrew and his assistant went to work trenching the outside, drilling the hollow block in the garage etc. Andrew and his assistant were here on time, courteous, seemed to be experienced, and appear to have done a terrific job for TNT and for me. There hasn't been any sign of termites or swarmers since. TNT did exactly what I thought needed to be done and it has worked just fine. Typical of them. They had previously done work for me at a house I bought in Omaha and that also ended up with no sign of any ongoing termites. I do trust this company to always do a good job.
