Description of Work: My laptop would not turn on at all. I needed it to turn on so that all of my data could be transformed to my new lap top. This was accomplished as well as increasing memory. He is a true gentleman, courteous,knowledgeable, and punctual. He talked in language that I could understand, explaining in detail. This job was also performed in record time due to an appt I had the next day at the Apple store. I don't like having strange men in my home, yet I felt comfortable with him immediately. He also charges much less than other services that I checked on. This one is a keeper!

+ -1 moreIt went very well. Thompson PC Repair called me frequently with updates and did nothing until I approved it. The customer service is great. I would definately go back to Thompson PC Repair again.
Description of Work: Thompson PC Repair cleaned all the junk off my computer and added front end memory. This was done very inexpensively and I got my computer back quickly.

+ -1 moreMy computer crashed and of all the people I contacted, Todd was the only one to respond. He was extremely courteous during the initial phone call and assured me that my data was likely not lost. He was able to come out and look at it very quickly and obtained the replacement part swiftly. He was very good about working around my schedule. The estimate he gave me during that initial phone call was completely accurate. I truly appreciate that my issue was resolved quickly and would definitely call him again with future computer problems and recommend others do the same.
Description of Work: Todd came out to my home to look at my crashed computer. It was beeping and would only show a black screen. During the initial visit, he confirmed that it was a memory card gone bad. He removed the bad card and the computer instantly worked much to my delight. I was able to back up my files that evening. He obtained a replacement card and returned that Saturday to install it. My computer now runs great!
