It was AWESOME!!! This was a referral from a friend and he wasn't on Angie's List so I was unsure. I called him out for a bid because I had been experiencing leaking from the roof to the basement. He found The source of the leak -a cracked boot- and he gave me his honest opinion about what he would fix if it were his home and here were working with my budget. I took his advice and when he went on the roof a week later (there had been heavy rains) leaking from the roof to the basement he found another boot starting to crack. He suggested I could wait until it cracked completely, but I told him he might as well just do it all while he was up there. He explained the entire process and when he came down he said he had found additional shingles that needed secured so he fixed those as well. I asked him if he would mind lifting my fountain because I was not strong enough and I just needed help lifting it so it wouldn't break while I reached under it to see why it wasn't pumping. When he came back around to give me the final invoice it was the same amount despite the extra shingles and boot, he fixed the fountain FOR me, and then I couldn't find my checkbook!!! I felt so terrible. I had to write him a check from the computer and have it sent from there. I got more than my money's worth and I WILL be calling him again!!!
